Responsibilities:

Product Design

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive features.
Map out user journeys, workflows, and feature designs to address platform needs, development and improvement.
Drive ideation for new features based on user feedback and market trends.
Identify pain points and create solutions that improve overall platform usability and value.

UI/UX Design

Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces tailored for both web and mobile experiences.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to present design ideas clearly.
Conduct usability tests and user research to refine designs.
Ensure consistent branding, accessibility, and responsiveness across all designs.

Collaboration and Strategy

Work closely with developers and related stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Provide input on how design decisions impact the overall product strategy and roadmap.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members, users and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in product design with a focus on user-centric platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of strategic product design and detailed UI/UX work.
Expertise in creating workflows for multi-stakeholder systems (e.g., employers and candidates).
Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and UI tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of usability testing and user research practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
