6. Fees, Payment Terms, and Subscription Management
6.1. Fees and Payment: User agrees to pay all applicable Fees for the Services selected or subscribed to, as specified on the Qamla Ltd website, within the Platform, or in a relevant Order Form. Unless otherwise stated, Fees are quoted and payable in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). All Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except as expressly provided otherwise in these Terms or where mandatorily required by Applicable Law. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes (including VAT), levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and User is solely responsible for paying all such taxes associated with their purchases hereunder. Payments are generally due upfront for the entire Subscription Term, unless a different payment schedule is agreed upon in writing in an Order Form.
6.2. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway (e.g., Stripe). User authorizes Qamla Ltd (or its designated payment processor) to charge User's chosen payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card) for all applicable Fees when due. User must provide and maintain valid, current, accurate, and complete payment information within their Account. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of paid Services. Qamla Ltd does not store full payment card details.
6.3. Subscription Auto-Renewal: TO ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED OTHERWISE IN AN ORDER FORM, OR UNLESS USER ACTIVELY CANCELS THEIR SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH THEIR ACCOUNT SETTINGS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE THEN- CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM, ALL PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SUCCESSIVE PERIODS EQUAL IN DURATION TO THE INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM (OR FOR SUCH OTHER RENEWAL PERIOD SPECIFIED). USER HEREBY EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZES QAMLA LTD TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE APPLICABLE RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES (AT QAMLA LTD'S THEN- CURRENT RATES, SUBJECT TO SECTION 6.4) USING THE PRIMARY PAYMENT METHOD ASSOCIATED WITH USER'S ACCOUNT, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE BEYOND THIS PROVISION.
6.4. Fee Changes: Qamla Ltd reserves the right to modify its Fees and pricing structure for the Services at any time. Any changes to Fees for existing subscriptions will become effective only upon the commencement of the next renewal Subscription Term, provided that Qamla Ltd gives User reasonable prior notice of such changes (e.g., at least 30 days' notice via email or prominent notification within the Platform). User's continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes agreement to pay the modified amount.
6.5. NO REFUNDS POLICY: USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ALL FEES AND PAYMENTS MADE TO QAMLA LTD ARE FINAL, NON-CANCELLABLE, AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, SITUATIONS OF ACCOUNT TERMINATION (WHETHER BY USER OR QAMLA LTD), SERVICE DOWNTIME OR UNAVAILABILITY, USER DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES, USER'S CANCELLATION OF A SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM, OR NON-USE OR PARTIAL USE OF THE SERVICES. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE EXCEPTION TO THIS NO-REFUND POLICY IS WHERE A REFUND IS EXPLICITLY AND MANDATORILY REQUIRED BY NON-WAIVABLE APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW IN THE USER'S JURISDICTION (E.G., STATUTORY COOLING-OFF PERIODS, IF APPLICABLE AND PROPERLY INVOKED) OR AS EXPRESSLY AND SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN SECTION 2.4 OF THESE TERMS REGARDING TERMINATION WITHOUT CAUSE BY QAMLA LTD.
6.6. Late Payments: Any undisputed Fees not received from User by the due date may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by Applicable Law, whichever is lower, from the date such payment was due until the date paid. Furthermore, Qamla Ltd may, without limiting its other rights and remedies, suspend or terminate User's access to paid Services if payment obligations remain overdue for more than [e.g., 15 or 30] days, without incurring any liability to User.
6.7. Subscription Cancellation by User: User may cancel their paid subscription at any time through the designated functionality within their Account settings on the Platform. Cancellation will typically become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription Term. User will retain access to the paid Services until the end of that term, but no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining portion of the cancelled Subscription Term.
